Dawn brings decades of marketing experience and long-standing ties to the South Bay community to her role in Marketing and Business Development. A graduate of San Diego State University, she began her career in corporate marketing before moving into community relations with the American Heart Association, where she built partnerships and led fundraising initiatives throughout the South Bay.

A Manhattan Beach resident since 1992, Dawn has a deep understanding of the local market. She and her husband raised two children here, giving her a personal connection to the schools, neighborhoods, and community she serves. With real estate in her background—her mother a Realtor® and her husband a mortgage banker—she naturally found her way into the industry. For the past several years, she has partnered with Steven Mullins to lead marketing and business development, combining her strategic expertise with her South Bay insight.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys yoga, travel, and spending time with family and friends at the events that make the South Bay such a special place to call home.
