Steven’s career began in corporate law, where he spent over 15 years as a mergers & acquisitions attorney with Sheppard Mullin and later as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at DIRECTV, overseeing complex corporate, investment and real estate related matters. That experience sharpened his ability to negotiate effectively, anticipate challenges, and manage even the most intricate contracts — skills his clients value deeply when navigating luxury homes, investment properties, and competitive coastal markets.

A Hermosa Beach resident for 20+ years, Steven lives with his wife, Shauna, and their two children, Duke and Ella.
